Lanterly is a personal journaling app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Everything you write belongs to you; we claim no rights to your journal entries.
Lanterly offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) purchased through Apple, and a one-time lifetime purchase available on our website through Polar. Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
App Store purchases follow Apple's refund process. Website purchases through Polar can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email [email protected].
Your journal lives on your device. Keep your device backed up; we cannot recover entries from a lost or wiped phone, because we never have a copy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broctic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
