Common questions

My reminder isn't firing. Check Settings → Notifications → Lanterly on your iPhone, and confirm the reminder is on inside the app's settings.

I got a new phone — where's my journal? Your journal transfers with a full device backup/restore (iCloud or encrypted local backup). We can't recover it otherwise, because it never leaves your device.

How do I cancel my subscription? App Store subscriptions: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Website (Polar) purchases: email us and we'll sort it immediately.

How do I export my journal? In the app: Settings → "Export journal as text".
